Welcome to Summit Leotards. These Terms & Conditions apply when you browse our website, purchase products from us or otherwise use our services.

By placing an order with Summit Leotards, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing within these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About Summit Leotards

Summit Leotards is a UK gymnastics wear brand supplying gymnastics leotards, clothing, accessories and related products.

Our products may include:

• Gymnastics leotards
• Pre-order collections
• Personalised products
• Engraved bottles
• Gymnastics accessories
• Spin socks
• Hair accessories
• Club and team orders
• Event merchandise

References to “we”, “us” or “our” within these terms refer to Summit Leotards.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

An order is not guaranteed until it has been successfully accepted and processed.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied when ordering, including your name, email address, delivery address, product selection and sizing, is correct.

Please check your order carefully before completing checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as quickly as possible. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure stock information on our website is accurate. However, occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If we are unable to fulfil an item, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a refund for the unavailable item.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

The total price payable, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be received before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not normally affect orders that have already been accepted.

If a product has clearly been listed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

5. Discount & Ambassador Codes

Discount codes are subject to their individual terms and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time.

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Only one discount code may be used per order.
• Codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Discounts cannot normally be applied retrospectively to an order that has already been placed.
• Personal ambassador discount codes are intended only for the ambassador to whom they were issued.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse discounts where we reasonably believe a code has been misused.

Promotional offers may have additional conditions, which will be communicated as part of the promotion.

6. Product Images & Colours

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, photography and device displays.

Minor variations in colour, crystal positioning, fabric finish or other decorative details may occur between production batches.

These minor variations do not necessarily mean that a product is faulty.

7. Leotard Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size when ordering.

We strongly recommend checking our current size guide before purchasing.

The fit of a leotard may vary depending on an individual’s height, torso length, body proportions and preferred fit.

Our size guide and any sizing advice provided by Summit Leotards are intended as guidance and cannot guarantee a particular fit.

This does not affect your legal rights where a product is faulty, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

8. Built-In Support

Selected Summit Leotards styles and sizes may include built-in support and removable padding.

Where this applies, it will be stated within the relevant product information.

Customers may remove or insert removable pads according to their personal preference.

9. Crystals & Embellishments

Some Summit Leotards products feature crystals, mesh, decorative elements or other embellishments.

These items require appropriate care.

Customers should follow the care instructions supplied with the product.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, inappropriate washing, excessive friction or failure to follow the care instructions are not considered manufacturing faults.

Where there is a genuine manufacturing fault, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

10. Pre-Orders

Products described as Pre-Order are ordered before stock is available for normal dispatch.

Estimated pre-order timeframes will be displayed on the relevant product page wherever possible.

Our typical pre-order timeframe may be approximately 3–4 weeks, but this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly state otherwise.

Manufacturing, shipping, customs and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can occasionally affect expected arrival dates.

If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock products, the entire order may be held until all products are ready for dispatch unless otherwise arranged.

11. Personalised & Engraved Products

Some products can be personalised, including selected engraved bottles and other merchandise.

Customers are responsible for checking all personalisation details, including names and spelling, before submitting their order.

Once production has begun, personalised orders may not be able to be changed or cancelled.

Because personalised products are made specifically for the customer, the usual change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply to genuinely personalised or made-to-order products.

This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged or does not match the personalisation you ordered.

12. Delivery

Delivery information, estimated timescales and applicable charges are set out in our separate Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address.

13. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Your rights to cancel an order, return eligible products and receive refunds are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in our policies is intended to restrict the rights provided to consumers under applicable UK consumer law.

This includes your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.

14. Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take care to check our products before dispatch.

If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs where appropriate

We will assess the issue and explain the available next steps.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

15. Product Care

Customers should follow all care instructions supplied with their Summit Leotards products.

Damage resulting from misuse, incorrect washing, inappropriate drying, accidental damage or ordinary wear and tear may not constitute a product fault.

Gymnastics garments can be exposed to significant friction and contact with apparatus. Customers should take particular care around rough surfaces, Velcro and similar materials that could damage specialist fabrics, mesh or embellishments.

16. Competition Requirements

While some products may be designed with gymnastics competition requirements in mind, it remains the responsibility of the gymnast, parent, coach or club to ensure that a particular garment or accessory complies with the rules applicable to their specific competition, governing body, level or event.

Competition regulations can change and may differ between organisations.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a product from Summit Leotards does not constitute a guarantee that it will be permitted at every competition.

17. Club, Team & Bulk Orders

Separate conditions, prices, lead times and payment arrangements may apply to bespoke club, team and bulk orders.

These will normally be agreed before an order is confirmed.

Custom-made or personalised club products may have different cancellation and return rights from standard stock products.

Any applicable terms will be communicated when the order is arranged.

18. Events & Pop-Up Shops

Products purchased from Summit Leotards at competitions, camps, pop-up shops and other events may be subject to the same statutory consumer protections as applicable under UK law.

Where an event-specific promotion or discount is offered, additional promotional conditions may apply.

19. Intellectual Property

The Summit Leotards name, branding, logos, original product designs, photographs, graphics, website content and other original materials belong to Summit Leotards or are used with appropriate permission.

They must not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without permission where protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

20. Website Use

You must not misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, deliberately introduce malicious software, or use our website for unlawful purposes.

We may restrict access to our website where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or operational reasons.

21. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

To the extent permitted by law, Summit Leotards will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you are purchasing as a consumer, these terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices or applicable law.

The version applicable to an order will normally be the version in force when that order was placed.

The latest version will be available through our website.

23. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom.

If you are a consumer, you will also retain any mandatory legal protections that apply to you based on where you live.
